My name is Logan and I’ve been obsessed with video production pretty much my entire life! When I was just a kid, my sisters and I would make the most cringe home videos ever created and it was always a blast. I always loved video production class in high school, and I even tried taking the same class every single year because I had so much fun! Now that I have a beautiful wife and partner in crime, Sydney, backing me up, the world is our oyster.

  • My main camera rig consists of the LUMIX S1RII camera body with a couple different lenses. Attached to the rig is the Atomos Ninja V+ for high bitrate ProRes recording and monitoring. I also use the DJI Ronin RS3 Pro for perfectly smooth footage. The B camera I use is the LUMIX S5IIX, which provides backup and documentation footage.

If you’re looking for aerial video or photo, my drone is just as fantastic as the main camera! I fly the DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine edition, which is also capable of shooting high bitrate ProRes for a super clear image that captures a lot of detail for better post-production quality.

As for audio, I use the Zoom F2, DJI Mic 2, and H4Essential for 32-bit float recording, along with Røde microphones and other equipment. This ensures there will be no audio clipping, and the video will sound just as good as it looks.

  • Yes, you do! There are several laws regarding commercial use of drones in the USA and all over the world. Rest assured that I am a fully license drone pilot with years of personal and professional drone experience. My drones are registered with the FAA and, provided you do not require drone services inside of class G airspace, everything is ready to go! If you are inside of a controlled airspace zone however, prior authorization will be needed to fly, so there may be a waiting period.

  • Unless otherwise explicitly requested, our wedding videos will be shot in 6K ProRes or MOV and then delivered in 4K with a 2:1 aspect ratio. This is what is considered cinema 4k and it is what gives movies a more cinematic feel.

Promotional content can vary, but most likely I will be shooting in 6k or 8k Opengate for flexibility with deliverables.
